Disney Store Halloween sale, will it get better?

We leave for WDW on 11/2 and DD wants Rapunzel's wedding dress for her BBB appt. Right now dresses are on sale for 25% off, will the sale get better as we get closer to Halloween or the day after or will it end and I'll be back to paying full price? Luckily she is in a larger size so I'm not worried about it selling out. The closest Disney store is 90 min round trip so popping up there on Nov 1st is an option, but I'm not sure if that's how I'm going to want to spend the day before we leave! Plus not sure if the gas costs would negate any additional savings...I can't remember what the Disney Store did last year as far as costume sales.

I don't recall them ever doing better than 25% before the holidays; maybe a free shipping offer, but the deeper discounts will probably come after Halloween.
