I was wandering who I should e-mail about a castmember I have came across for the last several weks. She is so nice to me and everybody. I wanted someone to know. I have snet her a thank you card but I also wanted to let someone know about her. Thanks for the help.

Please take a moment and write directly to her store. CM's have a recognition program and they receive a notation in their file (and a...PIN!) when they have guests write in and tell about how special they are. So many people have good intentions, but very few follow through and actually take the time to write the letters. I guarantee that it will be appreciated!!

She is the store manager. Who would I make the letter out to. I really want to do this for her. She made my day.

Call the store and request the name of the "district" manager for that store. Then send the letter to his/her attention.
