Disney Stock?

I have a question about Disney stock. I read that if you own a share in certain companies that you get discounts, well Disney was one of the companies listed and I am hoping this is true. Does anyone know if a person owns a share in Disney if there are any discounts for the parks or hotels, maybe a percentage off tickets/room, food, room upgrade, or anything else associated with a Disney vacation.

There used to be discounts - but that was quite a long time ago. As far as I know, stockholders don't get anything now. I think that list just hasn't been updated.

There may have been some sort of discount years ago; but I dont think shareholders get discounts today. We own a few shares and none of the information received says anything about discounts.

DW and I own some - not a lot, only 10 shares - but have never heard of, or been offered any discounts because of it.

We have some. There are no discounts, although I heard that way, way back there used to be some. Sorry.

I have been a shareholder for 12 years. Never recieved a discount for being one.

We own stock and do not receive any discounts. About 15 years ago, we received 2 one day park hopper passes for attending a shareholder meeting. They no longer do that though.

Back in the days of the Magic Kingdom Club, stockholders would receive a special membership card to the Club giving them discounts. But, as I said before, that was a long time ago.

Together we own 0.00000001% of that empire. Without us, the bathroom in fantasyland (boy's only) would have no toilet paper! We pay for that toilet paper!
