Disney Springs to Magic Kingdom?

If we are eating dinner at Disney Springs on Saturday night in October at 6:30 (either Homecoming or Morimoto Asia), if we take an Uber after over to Magic Kingdom, what's a reasonable time you think we'd get there by? MK should be open until at least 11 on a non-party night.

The bus to contemporary then walk woukd be faster. Uber goes to ttc, then you have to get to mk. Also buses are near those places to eat, uber is the edge.

@Accident - do you think it would be better to wait for bus to Contemporary or walk to Uber stand and take that to Contemporary?

I don't use Uber, so this confuses me. Does Uber not drop people at the Contemporary also - as in, they could Uber to CR and then walk in just as easily as they could take the bus to CR and walk in? Just curious . . .

Sure, you could ask your Uber driver to take you to the Contemporary instead of the TTC. If you just ask for Magic Kingdom, they will take you to the TTC.

To the OP, I would just take a Contemporary bus, since you will be near the bus stops.

I had to do this last trip and took the bus to the Contemporary. It worked well but I think I had just missed a bus so did have quite a bit of a wait. So I think if you hit the bus ok then that will be the best but just be mindful there could be a wait

Thanks! We will probably just take the bus to Contemporary - do they share buses with all hotels on monorail loop? If not, perhaps will grab whichever bus comes first and take monorail to MK.

We won't be scheduling fast passes for the night, just enjoying MK after dark, maybe ride the people mover. It's going to be packed!

You would pass where the buses are to get to uber so you can always decide after you eat. I think the monorail resorts are next to each other and all are the first stops so it's convenient to walk past and ask someone how long they have been waiting and decide if it's better to just wait or not. I would take contemporary and walk or grand floridian and monorail. poly and monorail isn't too bad but you get the extra stop but their security check is really fast (haven't tried the other resorts security check yet so they may all be equally as fast.).
