Hi All:
I am traveling with my 81 year old Mom to WDW in November. She has some stamina issues and in the past we have always rented a wheelchair for her when visiting Downtown Disney. This is our first trip since the transformation to Disney Springs. I know the bus stop has been moved. My question is how far of a walk is it from the new bus stop to the place to rent the wheelchairs? I am trying to figure out if my Mom can walk it or if I need to go alone to rent the wheelchair and then double back to pick her up.

THANKS

This won't be your most helpful reply but I was with a friend this past summer who needed to rent a wheelchair. The bus stop area is large and depending on where your bus actually stops it can be a good walk to where the rental place is. It was also hard to find - even the CM"s working around there couldn't seem to point us to it. I remember seeing another family, while we were in the little building where you rent them, get a wheelchair and roll it back to the bus stop where their traveling partner was waiting.
