Hello everyone! Just looking for some advice and any information. I got offered a job at Disney's springs thinking I wouldn't be able to or it would be nearly impossible to get one at Disney world. The job offered would be a hostess position at one of the restaurants. I do know that those are third parties and don't actually belong to Disney, so i wouldn't be considered a cast member. (I also have yet to start) However, today I got an offer to work at Disney world as a server at a resort. Now i'm thorn and not sure which to take. I'm here just wondering what the benefits are at working for either of those places as well as which one would be a better paying job. Any advice would help.

Thank You

I imagine the tips (most of your income) will vary on the specific restaurant - hopefully the respective employers can give you some information.

I think some of the Disney Springs restaurants may be Disney owned, as my son was on the Disney College Program long ago and worked at one.

The little I know of the disney process to hire and rehire, there is certain situations where you can make yourself ineligible for employment. If the goal is working for disney and this is getting your foot in the door, it's in and that may not happen again.

Cannot offer any advice but good luck with whichever direction you decide to go!
