Disney Springs lunch recommendations?

Hello! I'll be going to WDW in January, and was wondering if anybody had any recommendations for lunch spots in Disney Springs. It's myself, my brother and our significant others. My brother is the only picky eater. Also we're on the Dining Plan and will be having dinner at T-Rex. Thanks in advance!

Earl of Sandwich is a wonderful spot for lunch at Disney Springs. They have sandwiches, wraps, soups, salads, pizza flat breads. Pretty much something for everyone even the pickiest eaters.

If you have a QS credit Wolfgang Puck Express is a great deal. We eat there every trip (paying OOP ). They have pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads and several entrees . Should be enough for a picky eater. The Polite Pig is good but it is bbq based so it has a more limited menu.

You really can’t go wrong anywhere, but Earl of Sandwich, Morimoto, Homecomin’ we’re all great on our last trip.

We love Homecomin' for fried chicken and chicken dumpling soup. It's a table service restaurant.

Another favorite is Wolfgang Puck Express. That is a counter service restaurant with consistent high-quality food. They have a pretty varied menu with something for anyone.
