Disney Springs Dock Location

i’m Not sure if this is a Transportation Forum or Resort Forum Question. So I apologize if I have posted in the wrong spot.
In December we have a plan to take a bus from EP to POFQ. We will spend a little time touring there to see the Christmas decorations etc. Then we will take the boat from POFQ to DS. I have an ECV if that matters. Once at DS we plan on a dinner ADR at Homecomin’.
A couple of questions.
Where isthe boat dock from POFQ located at DS? How far will it be to Homecomin’?
How long will all this traveling take? I understand that buses can only take2 ECVs and that could be a problem. We have had to wait for a second bus on more than one occasion. How long is the boat trip? How long is the walk to Homecomin’ ?

The boat drops you off near Saratoga Springs. It's probably around 10-15 minutes walk to homecoming, more or less. Depending on how fast you walk and/or roll.

I want to say the boat ride is somewhere around 15 minutes long between POFQ and Disney springs.

The boat from POFQ drops off at the Marketplace dock in Disney Springs, as noted above. There is also an internal boat the connects all three Disney Springs docks (Markeplace, the Landing, and West Side). The Landing dock would be closest to the Homecomin’ restaurant, so you could shorten the walk by taking two boats. How much longer this might take would depend on the timing between boats at the Marketplace dock.
