Disney springs crowds this week?

We went to Disney springs in July and it was wall to wall packed in most areas with long lines to do anything- reminded me of New Year’s Eve! We are thinking about going today (local) this afternoon about 12-2:00 on a Saturday. What have the crowds been like there lately?

I’m curious about this too. I would like to have brunch at Wine Bar George, but if it’s a zoo, I might make alternate plans.
