Disney Springs area Hotels

There are several Disney Springs Hotels that include perks of 60 day fast passes and Extra Magic hours. Can I book one of these hotels through a 3rd party booking site such as booking.com and buy my park tickets through Disney and still get those perks, or do I have to book one of those hotels through the Disney site?

I have found out that you can book through 3rd party site and then apply the confirmation number to my Disney experience to book fast passes 60 days out. I have not stayed at any of the area hotels yet though.
