Disney Soda Fountain/ Studio Store Hollywood Pin Backs?

I have a few pins which I have traded for/bought online in the past, which are from the DSF/DSSH ranges. I am concerned about their authenticity.. I have consulted numerous scrapper guides but the information I find for the waffle detail on the back usually relates only to the Mickey waffle. My concern regards the ice cream cone waffle: do these always have to bleed off the edges as the Mickey ones do in order to be authentic? My ones do not, which is why I am rather concerned. I am struggling to find information about this so any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks for reading this

No, they don't always bleed off the edges. Soda Fountain quality control is terrible even with the fronts, even more so the back.

There have been fakes of some Soda Fountain pins though. If you post pictures I can give you an idea maybe.

Thanks for the reply Vala! That's reassuring on one hand and also a shame on the other, you would think they would take more care over limited edition pins! Obviously not..
