Disney site to get message boards?

I just noticed on the Disney site the updated Terms of Use Policy that goes into effect on November 30. One section is dedicated to rules regarding forums. I wonder if they are going to start a service similar to the Disboards. Below is a link, scroll down a little and you will see the section titled forums and public communication. Sorry if this has been posted already.

1) I think they are just covering legal bases.
2) It would too dangerous to have forums.
3) There could a lot of negative comments.
4) Then, Disney couldn't eliminate them.

They don't allow anyone to post anything that isn't Disney, very strict and boring! Not Like Disboard!

I can't see Disney doing a discussion forum. The company is very protective of its image, and there are just too many ways for their extensive marketing efforts to get thwarted. Besides, who would use it? All the smart and fun Disney people are here

INTERCOT is definitely NOT a Disney Forum. But they do have strict rules on posting!

I use to go to their site all the time but it's not the same...here is a bit more laid back and a bit more updated (to me at least.)

Boy, is it ever!! I really wonder if some posts are made up because it's the same thing over and over for a certain sponsor.
