I got the same message when trying to book some ADRs. Hope it's back up soon!

I just called to ask a question about our reservation and the CM told me they are doing an upgrade to their system (10:45 mountain time). He said they had just started about 20 minutes ago and said it usually takes 2-2 1/2 hours and said they were asking people to call back about 2:30 (I am assuming that his his time zone).
