Disney site down??

Anyone else have problems getting on the website? it won't work for me at all today!

There are threads all over this board as well as the Theme Parks and Rumors board basically indicating how unreliable the new Disney website and matching app are.

In summary, you are not alone. This is a HUGE problem for many folks not the least of which includes those traveling in the next 0 to 31 days. And many folks have been having problems well beyond today, or even this past three weeks.
 
If their website is down, that would be an improvement compared to when it's "working." I was just browsing a spring break trip and couldn't find how to save offers like on the previous website. Then a "live" chat window popped up, then it announced a 33 minute wait for the chat to begin.
 
Yep. That about sums it up. I am leaving in 53 days and changed my dates a little bit. I can't even see my dining reservations let alone change them. :headache:

Most of today I just got an error trying to access the site at all on any browser I tried. It's been a few days of this at least.
 

Glad it`s not just me. I`ve been having trouble all day too.
 
I cannot even get on the website! it keeps saying not available. So frusturating as I am trying to price out other resorts in case we switch from the poly :(
 
wow i just called and made a change to our ressie for the last night. moving from WL to Contemporary TPV for our last night. went back to new website and was able to link both ressies and all dining and EVERYTHING is correct........

im amazed.........and excited for our last night at CR. never stayed there before.

The old site was acting real flaky, but now I am just getting a blank screen, no new site!!! Is there a new link?
 
Like everyone has said, no it's not just you. :)

Also I know the Canadian site hasn't been working properly for a week or two at least now.
 
Glad it's not just me! I went to the site to look up our reservation information for our trip (in 5 days!), and I discovered the change. But was alarmed when trying to "link" my reservation- it says it can't find it! UGH.

Thankfully, I have emails galore to back it all up, but I still get nervous.
 
I haven't been able to get on the site at all for over a week. Not from my laptop or regular computer.

However, I can access it from my daughter's Ipad, but that's it.

Getting frustrated as we leave in 29 days and I still need to make some dining reservations. Dd is getting frustrated because I keep stealing her Ipad. LOL

Same here. Macbook cannot access website at all. Ipad is fine. WTH??:confused3
 
Hmm.. also have a Mac and am Canadian and can't access the site at all through traditional search methods. I can sometimes get on by doing different searches.. like for "Disney Dining" for example. From there I can get to the reservations page and attempt to make Dining Reservations. Once I try to book though it throws me out. I am getting really really frustrated. I have to change my resort reservation by a few days and switch some dining around and I don't even trust everything to work when I call. I am going to have to call today.. AGAIN.
Nobody likes a complainer, I get that. But I am so frustrated with this website issue. :headache:
 
I was thinking it was because I was Canadian the Canadian site was down or something. The previous website worked terribly for me also, at some point last year it stopped being able to retrieve my dining reservations even if I entered the confirmation code to try to add it to my list. Others apparently were fine but it never worked for me for pretty much an entire year (before that it was totally fine)
 
I went on to check rates and it was SO slow I just gave up. I guess i don't need to know that bad. they might lose people planning on looking into vacations too. It use to be so easy.

I had the same experiences with the website on my last 3 trips but this is even worse.
