Disney Silve Package

The balance on my Vacation for October is due next month. I am traveling with my wife and our two kids.....1 1/2 and 4. We went ahead and decided to go with the silver package so we could use the wishes for meals. Has anyone else done this before and if so is the silver package worth the price.

By the way....we are staying at CBR!!!!

Any wishes are @ $34.00 each.

Don't use the childrens wishes for their meals, pay for them.
Basically, the wishes are good for the more expensive restaurants, where you would definately get your money's worth!

Also, getting tics for Cirque, Hoop De Doo, Spirit of Aloha.

Also, good for sending the kids to clubs while mom and dad have a nice dinner out.

You know, I tried to justify the cost of the Silver Plan repeatedly. At $34 a wish, I just couln't get it to be a good deal for us. 2 adults/1 9 y/o dd. If we had 2 wishes at $34 each for the three of us, that would have been about $180 for food/shows a day. That comes out to $1600 for our 9 day stay. I added up all the ps's that I have at the moment and it comes to about $800. I have at least one character meal every day. I also have Polynesian Luau, and Mickeys BYBBQ booked. On some days I have breakfast and dinner booked. I just decided there was no way I could justify that amount of money. Now, if you do Cirque, HDDR, and go to Victoria and Alberts/California Grill a few times then maybe it would work. But we've done that before and don't want to repeat it this time. Also, be aware, that the children's clubs only take kids 3 and up! Your little one wouldn't qualify. But many people like the convenience of the Silver Plan.
