Disney transportation is included free with park tickets. Epcot, MK, Grand Floridian, Contemporary and the Poly are all on the monorail line. If you want to go elsewhere, you have to catch a bus from one of the hotels or parks. Parking is $8 a day. Even if you park hop, you still only pay the one time $8 for that day. Since Disney transportation buses don't always run on your schedule, it may be easier to just take the rental car to whatever park or hotel off the monorail line and then just go back to the park after. Don't be concerned about how far away you end up in the lot since every spot is at most one parking lane away from a tram to the park. (BTW, just so you know, typing in all caps is considered shouting.)
