Disney Shuttle Bus from CDG Airport?

We have just booked a 4 day trip to DisneyLand next week with flight from East Midlands to Paris CDG. In Paris we need to get the Disney Shuttle Bus to our hotel (Santa Fe). This is worrying us a little though. Where do we have to go to catch this bus and are they easy to find? Any info on this service would be greatly appreciated and would ease our worries.
