I ordered matching Mickey polos for myself, DH, and DD4 from the online outlet about two weeks ago, using a coupon code. The order came, but my polo was missing-- instead there was a Mickey sweatshirt. I doublechecked and, sure enough, I had ordered the right thing and their packing list had the right thing, but the order puller had out the wrong thing in the box.
So, I found an 800# on the website and called. I chose the "existing order" choice (I think I pressed 2.) I held about 8 minutes, and then a very very nice CM named Chris helped me. He checked on the availability of the shirt I really wanted, found it, and is sending it under a rush at no charge. AND when I asked how to send back the wrong item without paying, he said not to bother- to just keep it. He also asked me for the "packed by" number from the shipping label, which I did still have. He happily gave me his name and my new reference number (same as the old one.)
So, we'll see if the new shirt comes, of course, but I am VERY happy with that service!
