Disney Shopping on hold?........

So I am sitting here waiting on the phone for 40 minutes now on hold trying to clear up a mistake on a order I made through Disney shopping online. Do I hang up and call back or keep waiting because their is a cue?

Gave up hung up. Had to resubmit my order. I think it got mixed up during the changeover. Interesting change of events however. What was going to cost me 44 dollars to have shipped before the changeover is appearing to be free now. I wonder if they have reformatted International shipping charges? Somehow I do not think this is over

I just did a quick check online, and they would still be charging me $40 to ship anything Ontario. Let's hope you get that deal

I looked into ordering something yesterday and they wanted $35 to ship two items of kids' clothing! It's ridiculous. It would be cheaper to buy at full price in the parks. Actually I'll be ordering the week before I leave and have it shipped to my hotel in Orlando.

Ok well I checked again and my order was processed, my card was charged and their was no shipping cost. I ordered 6 gift cards. A week ago it would have cost me 44 dollars to ship....I am not complaining...mabey this is my own little YOAMD

Disney Shopping has been having a ton of problems lately. They or Post Office somehow lost our Little Mermaid DVD with lithographs. Had to spend over 60 mins on hold over 3 different phone calls last week - they just don't answer their phones!!

All is good. I have had tremendous response to my emails...phone calls ...not so good...apparently they are still having trouble with the kinks in the servers. All is happy in my neck of the woods. My shipment shipped today.....and yes it was free shipping...the gods must have been smiling on me!
