Yeah, like Shop Disney is slow and not super great customer service wise to begin with. It's going to get worse if it's outsourced.

Ugh, in my experience, service levels drops with outsourcing. Hopefully these won't be customer service positions.

In the fall it took them 2 months to process my return after 3 phone calls and 2 online chats. A return this month took over 5 weeks. I've decided to not purchase gifts on shopDisney!

We return to retail locations. It isn't close to our house, but easier than trying to ship it back.
