We just returned from a wonderful trip at WDW. I won't go into the details (since this is the shopping thread) but more than one member of this extended family trip mentioned "it's been magical". Worth all the work to make it happen! 🎆

Preordered one of these bags for a Christmas gift … still haven’t received (though billed) and zero communication from the company despite numerous emails to them via their ‘customer support’ link which have garnered no response …anyone have a phone number or any other successful way to reach this company? In the meantime I would beware placing an order with them .. feel like they ripped me off for $80 because customer support is absolute trash

Try sending a message through facebook. It does take several days for a response though. I had an error with an order where what was shipped didnt match the tracking and then a pair never shipped. I ended up contesting it with my credit card because it was taking crocs too long to get back to me (they did a couple of days later though).

Did exactly that as well as on their X account and they still never responded to us however by sheer coincidence (I’m sure) a day or so after calling out their horrible customer support ‘publicly’ we got a tracking number and our item is allegedly on its way … we shall see … either way I would never order from them again … if we don’t see it in a brick and mortar store we won’t buy
