We used the resort shipping for the first and only time last year. I shipped all of my souvenirs home since we had carryons only and the resort shipping seemed to be highly rated.

2 items broke. After submitting the receipts a few times they finally agreed to replace the two items. Unfortunately, they claimed they were no longer in stock. I ended up getting a refund.

Hopefully they are able to replace your item.

My exact thought. I love the lined ones, although the lining doesn't stay plush for long.

I used to hate them until I started wearing them and found them comfortable and very helpful with support for my back, I pretty much live in them around the house now. I generally don't wear them out in public unless it's at the pool or beach.
