Disney Shopping... Getting a Little Nervous

My DH and I placed two orders yesterday through DisneyShopping.com. His was confirmed and shipped already ($25 through QR) and mine was confirmed, but has not shipped yet ($200 through SR) which makes me nervous. I read the thread where some people were having some problems with DisneyShopping and their gift card orders. I checked back on all of my previous orders and I placed them one day and they shipped the very next day. This is making me a little nervous... Do you think I should be worried yet? The order I placed through SR yesterday was the order that was supposed to boost me to Super Member status for next quarter. Thanks for listening!:goodvibes
 
I wouldn't be worried yet. I think Disney Shopping is doing better now. :)

I was one of those people who had a tremendously difficult time with them. I initially placed a HUGE order through QR and it kept getting cancelled. (Something about my address not verifying with my credit card.) However, I am happy to report that I have now received all of the gift cards that were included in that order. Earlier this week I placed a smaller gift card order, and these are now being processed (it took a day or two, but the status of the order did change to "shipped").

QR credited me very quickly on both orders and I cashed out for Disney GCs, which I am still waiting on. Dmitry (QR) is on top of this, so I am not worried at all.

I have a $25 Disney GC coming from SR too. I am still waiting for this, but Tricia is very much on top of things on her end too.

Just hang in there.....it will all work out. :)

I still haven't gotten an e-mail from them and it is making me nervous.:crazy: I went back and checked my receipt and the billing address is correct. I do notice that I put in my work phone number instead of my home phone number. Do you think that could be the holdup? I don't want them to cancel this order because I placed it on 2/28 when the Disney Shopping link gave 8% back through SR. Maybe I will call them......

I had a problem with a sign-up because I put in the wrong phone number. I ended up having to call my credit card company and I was forwarded to the fraud department. I would give your cc company a call and see if everything is okay there :)

Good news! Yesterday, I called the automated number and it said my order shipped yesterday. Then, I got a confirmation e-mail this morning as well.:woohoo: Yeah! Once this $16 credits, I should be a Super Member at SR!:banana:
 
I emailed Disney asking why I hadn't gotten ship confirm. They told me I needed to give a different CC number but my bank said it had already been authorized. Two things are frustrating here. First--I wouldn't have known there was even a problem if I hadn't emailed them and asked. (Why didn't they email me when they thought there was a problem?) When I called this morning in response to the email, they told me that the card was not in their network. I already used this CC on Saturday and it went through fine with a $50 order and it was in the network then! They will cancel in 10 days if it's not cleared up so if you think there's a problem, contact them immediately. Your 10 days might be up!:headache:

I agree... I think they should e-mail or call their customers and let them know if there is a problem. In my case, they needed to confirm the ship to address before releasing the order for shipment, but I wouldn't have known that if I didn't call.
 
Mine finally shipped!! 23 gift cards were shipped today. I'm not sure if Diane's, Tina's, and Rebecca's are going to them or coming to me, but at least they shipped! Worst case scenario, I'll need to forward them off to Diane, Tina, and Rebecca. But everyone else should be getting theirs now. YEA!!

That only took 3 weeks, 5 CMs, and 2 "floor supervisors." They finally shipped them after one of them hung up on me on Friday. LOL!

Hurray!!! I received two of the three $250 cards I ordered today. Hope to see the other one tomorrow or I will get nervous that someone at the post office realized what is in those Disney shopping envelopes!!
