Disney Shopping gets is wrong.

I ordered two snow globes from dwww.disneyshopping.com. It only took 4 days to get hear from the US. I have just opened the box to find that one of the snowglobes is inface a girls gulf set. I have just got of the phone to them and they are sending me out a new one. I am just warred that I will get charged in port tax a second time on the one item. On a bright side I am going to give away the girls gulf set.

Oh thats a shame+also that you now have to pay tax.Was it a Christmas gift,i hope the snowglobe arrives in time,did they say it would.x.

If you get charged customs on the new item then I would call Disney back and tell them.

In the summer I ordered several snowglobes from them and one of the musical one's didn't work when I wound it up so I called them and they offered to send a replacement but I said that I didn't want to pay another customs charge so they just refunded the $80 and I got the item for free.

Hope they can sort it out for you.

It turned up at 07:30 on Christmas Eve. That is not bad seeing that I only rang them on Sunday Night. Disney puled it out of the bag. Logan loved his snow globe.
