My wife ordered a Disney waffle maker from Disney Shopping. The outside box was 100% fine. The inisde box was damaged in one corner. She contacted them and sadi to send it back and they will replace it but the cost of shipping is on us.
I think for a defective / damaged item, they should pay. The wafflemaker was like in 100 pieces.
Who should pay?

THANKS! I showed my wife this post and she decided to call back. They are sending a label that is prepaid. So, apparently, the first person she called was uninformed to the correct return policy.
