Just want to commend WDW for their outstanding service on our recent visit. My dad's rented scooter broke down twice. The first time we were rushing to breakfast reservations. We had to leave the scooter at our resort, and the bus driver took us directly to our resort for breakfast. A new scooter was waiting there for my dad. Once again, it broke at Epcot. Not only did the staff loan him a wheelchair and wheel him to the bus, but they also arranged a new scooter to be delivered to our resort the next morning. The scooter was not rented from WDW, yet they went out of their way to make sure that we were accommodated making every bit of our trip magical. Thanks Disney!!!
