Disney still haven't refunded my money... and I've spent another 2 hours calling them.
They are adamant that they've sent refund although it's clear as day on my CC statement that they haven't done so.
I even called my CC company and according to them, there is no refund-request to my account at all.
I swear that this is the last time I go to Disney.
