Disney Scene It game

Does anyone have this game? I was thinking of purchasing it for my kids (7 & 9) for Christmas but from reading the box I'm not sure how much fun it would be. It's a little pricey also, $34.00 I think it was.
I appreciate any input anyone can give me.

We've had this game for over a year and we love it! My kids are 4, 9 & my little sister is 10 and we pretty much play the game every weekend. If you're a Disney lover you'll definitely enjoy this game!

We have this game. My kids bought it for me for christmas last year. We have so much fun playing it. My boys are 7 and 10. My ten year old is really good at the game, and will know alot of answers. So we always play in teams. Me and my 7 year old are one team, and my not so Disney husband with my 10 year old. Makes it kinda even on the Disney knowledge.

We are arriving at WDW on Christmas Day, and Scene it is the one game we will take with us.

We like to do puzzles and play games on vacation.

We did try it at DTD during a marketing event, so I am looking forward to surprising everyone with it at WDW.

My family (DH, DS8 and DD5), and I, love this game! I bought mine from Amazon.com. It qualified for free shipping at the time and was on sale, so I got a good deal on it. I think your kids are at a great age to play, and enjoy, this game!

I was very lucky and got it at Kolh's on Black Friday for $15.99 plus 15% off. There was only one Disney version left when we got there and it was hidden, so if you hid it, sorry I found it and took it!

This is a great game....I will add one caveat: there are quite a few "classic" movies in the game so it helps to have vast disney movie knowledge.

We love the game because it really is a combination of disney smarts and luck.

Ok, sorry, off topic a little, my sister got "Scene it Harry Potter" for us for Christmas, anybody play that one? I would have rather gotten the Disney one. (mostly cause I would kick butt at it ) but my kids are huge Potter fans.

Some of it is just pure observational skills though. You dont' even have to KNOW the movie. They show a clip of a movie and then ask a somewhat obscure question about it (like "how many buttons were on the woman's robes")

So it's not a total loss if you don't happen to know that movie.

Haven't played it yet. But grandparent's are getting it for the kids for Christmas. If it's anything like the Disney one it should be fun.

We LOVE it! My kids are 11 & 6 & we can ALL play together! granted since Dad isn't the same disney nut that my girls & I are, he usually loses! lol Most def. worth the money! I also bought the SceneIt Jr for my 11 yr old.....we can't answer even 1/3 of the questions on there!

Wondering if anyone knows if the movie clips are closed captioned for the hearing impaired? I'd love to get this for our family, but DH needs the captions and I won't get it if they aren't on the DVD.
