I was wondering if Disney Rewards and/or Disney Gift cards can be used at Disney World restaurants?

Anywhere that takes a credit card will accept the rewards cards (including most of the snack/ice cream carts).

You also can use your rewards for tips at TS restaurants if you're on the dining plan. This is what we used most of ours for last trip.

Thanks OP we have a TS that won't be covered by the DDP and that is exactly what I want to use the rewards for

Yes, they can and it feels so nice to use the rewards that way
