Ok. So when we signed up it said something about a special character meet & greet and photo...does anyone know how/where/when we do this??? I can't seem to find information on it anywhere....

It's at Epcot near where you can take a trial run on the SEGWAY. Believe me you will know it because there will be a looooong kine of people waiting for their pic. (In Innovations)

And yes the line does get long. My trip in Sept when the parks were rather sparse surprised me when we went to get our picture and there was about a 20-30 minute wait. We also got there about 10-20 minutes after the photo op started. So I would suggest getting there eaither really early or keep checking through out the day.
