Disney Rewards Redemption card??

I ordered a new Disney Rewards Redemption card and put $135 Disney Rewards Dollars on it. That was 2 weeks ago and I've received nothing in the mail, although when I go to my Chase account, it shows the card as existing with the proper number of dollars on it. Is that typical? When should I worry/call Chase/Disney? I wanted to put that $135 toward my trip (payment is due July 19th).

Sorry, the last time I ordered a card was 2 years ago and I remember that one came in less than a week!

I ordered mine on June 29. I marked it down because I had problems with the website and had to call them to order it. They told me ETA was July 10. I received it this past Monday on July 8. Give them a call. Worse case scenario, there was a glitch and they will re-issue you a new one and expedite the shipping.
