Disney Rewards Card - Would like to donate to GKTW if possible

I have a Disney Rewards card through Chase that I just received. There is $201 on the card. I would like to know if I can somehow donate this to GKTW. My name is not actually listed on the card, so it can probably be transferrable.

Any thoughts how I would go about doing this? I have no use for the Disney dollars as we have no plans (unfortunately) to return to the parks anytime in the near future. I've always wanted to help out GKTW but money is tight. Hopefully this will help.

Unfortunately you can't do this but you can use it to buy toys, movies, etc. from WDW/DL or a Disney Store (including online) to send to the village.

I heard back from GKTW! They WILL accept my rewards card as a donation! I also checked with Chase and they said that the card IS transferrable! YAY!
