I have gone to Disney World several times and been on several Disney Cruise Line Cruises. If a DCL ship passenger becomes unruly, SECURITY IS CALLED. Depending upon just how unruly the passenger was, Disney Cruise Line has the right, as do all other Cruise Lines, to PUT THE PASSENGER OFF THE SHIP AT THE NEXT PORT. Other Cruise lines enforce the same measures. I feel that in this incident at the restaurant, SECURITY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED. I think these rude people would have left immediately if they thought for one minute that someone was going to come who had the authority to make them leave. As was mentioned, Disney is TOO LAX when it comes to unruly guest in the Resorts. All guest have the same right to be respected and to receive the service that they paid for. Other guest who infringe upon the rights of others; should not be allowed to do. This behavior is not tolerated on the DLC Ships, nor should it be tolerated anywhere in the Resorts or restaurants. People try to get away with it BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY CAN! As for having small children in the unruly group, children especially need to learn that in a civilized society you have RULES, LAWS AND guidelines that must be followed for your safety and for the safety of others. Allowing this type of behavior to go on without any consequences gives children the message that they can do whatever they want to. You are not helping any child by teaching them this. On the contrary; you are setting them up for a very hard and uncertain future. Disney needs to change their polices so that all guest feel comfortable and protected from those who try to deliberately and selfishly abuse their polices. All guest have rights and those rights need to be upheld.
