Disney Reward pickup at city hall?

I realized I waited to long to order my "reward redemption card" from chase disney to spend some of my reward money. However, I see that there is option to pickup at the park :

• Disneyland® Park Guest Relations at City Hall
• Disney California Adventure® Park, Guest Relations window at the entrance to the Park
• Disney California Aventure® Park, inside Chamber of Commerce

However, I am confused on how to do this option. Do I just walk up to one of the above locations and make the reward card request right there and voila, they will print up a card? Or do I need to do something in advance? Its really not that clear from the site options on exact steps (https://disneyrewards.com/how-to-redeem/) because if I do start the process online, the only option is to have it mailed to my house, there is no option for "I choose to pickup the card at one of the above locations?

I hope someone can help that has done this before.

Just go to one of the listed locations. They will just hand you the card after a verification process. Nothing you need to do in advance. It will come with instructions to finish the linking process.

I don't recall the actual process taking awhile. The line to get to someone is what could take awhile, though
