Disney reward dollars - based on what was charged? or already paid?

In other words now that I charged another grand for park tickets today can I move over those $10 reward dollars? or will it be another billing cycle?

Its based on what's billed. Those reward dollars will show up in your account when you next statement comes. You can transfer them then.
