Upgrading ticket to AP - will I lose DAS advance reservations?

Hi, before I wait on hold, I figured I would ask this knowledgeable community.

I will be returning, possibly solo for an event this fall. I'm considering upgrading my ticket for this month's trip - to an AP. I understand the difference between my ticket and AP will be charged.

My question is this: will I lose my advance DAS reservations? I waited on the phone for HOURS for the certification and then request. Have you any experience with this?
