Can we use these at the restaurants in Downtown Disney? How about the restaurants at the various resorts?

The rewards card you get from cashing in your Disney points can be used just like a regular Disney gift card. You can use it at most restaurants. I recently found out you can use it at T-Rex Cafe even though they don't take the Disney dining plan.
