It appears there is a problem with the annual pass vouchers I purchased from the Disney store last year. I cannot get the Best rates program to accept them, yet the Best Rate program easily accepted the codes off vouchers my mother purchased directly from the Disney website. I have been told by the Disney ticketing department that the problem may indeed be that I purchased them from the Disney store. When I e-mailed my problem, Disney responded after several days with the following online communication:
" Thank you for contacting us. We are aware of the challenge that some of our exchange certificate holders are having and are working on a solution. We appreciate your patience. "
Has anyone else encountered this problem with Disney store vouchers ??
I am trying to make reservations for this December. I am wondering if anyone has figured out how to enter the codes off the back of an annual pass exchange certificate or off the receipt to use with the Best Rate Program. I am hopeful that someone can assist me, and I thank you in advance for your help.
