Yes, there are both one bedroom suites and one bedroom villas at WDW. Two DVC villas have two bathrooms: Kidani and BLT and the others have one bathroom.
Some rooms that are called Deluxe rooms were originally classified as Jr. Suites, but they are really only larger rooms with a sitting area, sometimes separated by French-style doors with sheer curtains (BWI's sitting area is not). There are also Family Suites at ASMu and AoA.

You're welcome. All WDW Resorts have great pools with at least one themed pool and one "quiet" pool. The following WDW Resorts have suites/villas AND a beach:
The largest beach areas I've seen were at GF, Poly and YC/BC. Keep in mind that there is absolutely no swimming at any of the beaches - bacteria in the water and those pesky alligators.
