Disney Resort Room Refurbishments?

I'm having a hard time finding out when each Disney resort completed room refurbishments and was wondering if people could post any room refurbishments they know about. I know Coronado Springs did their rooms in 2009 as we stayed there in August 2009.

I read that Port Orleans Riverside just finished refurbishment of all rooms in the first half of 2012.

The Polynesian is scheduled for a refurb of almost all rooms (except for those that were recently refurbed) in the first half of 2013.

WL just finished their refurbishment in September. Gorgeous!

POFQ rooms were redone in the beginning of 2011 - they were complete by the time we visited in February 2012. In February 2012, they were working on the POR rooms.

SSR is having an ongoing "soft refurb" this year
