Disney resort magic vs Disney visa Dream vacations

I am going back and forth between the two packages, has anyone booked the Disney visa dream package? The difference that I found out is that you get a backback and preimium preferred parade seating. Is the backback empty or comes with goodies and is the preferred parade seating good spots?

My other option is to book the AAA vacation package and get the free refillable mug.

Which one woud you go with? I need assistance making a decision!

We are going for my son 2nd birthday and i'm torn between the GCH or the DLH I am leaning more towards the DLH because of the kids theme/feel. I haven't been to GCH and wondering if it has the same kind of feel like the DLH has?

I like the Disney Visa vacation.

And I haven't stayed at either hotel yet, but we will be staying at DLH in Feb, and pretty much went with it for the kids. I'm hoping we won't be disappointed.

I'd vote for DLH as well. The pool is much more kid-themed, and the rooms feel larger to me (I don't know if they really are or not- it might just be because they are lighter.)
