Disney Resort Discount Code for 12/12 to 12/24/2021

I just received a Disney email offering the following discount:

on rooms at select Disney Resort hotels.​

For stays most nights 12/12–12/24/21.​

We're DVC members and already have a Savanna View room booked at Jambo House for December, so the discount is worthless to us. But I thought I should mention it so that others could keep an eye open.

I am so disappointed that the holiday discount for both Florida residents (20% off) and annual passholders (25%) are for 12 days only.
This is nuts.

Just a reminder discounts are only offered when Disney needs to fill rooms that would otherwise have gone empty based on Disney's booking management system.

I got this pin code too, my first pin code offer in 3 years. We'll be at Universal from the 19-23 so I was tempted to add on a night or two at either AKL or Yacht Club, but the rooms were about $700 a night, and that's not including what we would pay for Genie+ and LL access. The last time we stayed at AKL that week, in December 2015, we paid about $450 per night before tax, including Free Dining. Even with standard inflation, this is a lot more especially given that it's their "discount" rate and doesn't even include free FP+ like it used to.

I'm disappointed, yet not surprised. I've been saying it for years, Disney advertises the AP hotel discounts like they're a sure thing & they're anything but. How many times do we see people saying they want to buy an AP just for the hotel discount? I feel like I've hardly used it the past few years - I got much better deals using Hotwire or Priceline. :/
