Perhaps bus situations are about to change again. For now though, with the information that we have, I'd like to make a list of resorts that share buses and the number of stops at each resort. So chime in and help me out.
I need folks to double check what I've come up with below. I'll update this post with the right information. I especially need help with the WL DVC & Fort Wilderness section.

All Star Resorts:
Movies, Music, and Sports each have one stop per resort. They do not usually share in the morning, or in the evening. They do sometimes share during slower hours of the day.
The buses go to all four Theme Parks, Water Parks, and Disney Springs.
Pop Century:
One bus stop. Buses only go to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. The Skyliner is used for Hollywood Studios and Epcot during most hours. The Skyliner is available for Hollywood Studios and Epcot during most of the day. During Skyliner operating hours the buses for those parks run once an hour. There are buses for park opening at both Hollywood Studios and Epcot.
Art of Animation:
One bus stop. Buses only go to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. The Skyliner is used for Hollywood Studios and Epcot during most hours. The Skyliner is available for Hollywood Studios and Epcot during most of the day. During Skyliner operating hours the buses for those parks run once an hour. There are buses for park opening at both Hollywood Studios and Epcot.
Coronado Springs:
Four bus stops starting in Casitas and ending at the Tower. Buses go to all four Theme Parks, Water Parks, and Disney Springs.
Caribbean Beach:
Six bus stop starting in Martinique and ending in Aruba. EXCEPT for morning hours when Jamaica and Aruba have a shared bus that only stops at those two stops before heading out. The buses go to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Water Parks, and Disney Springs during the full hours. The Skyliner is available for Hollywood Studios and Epcot during most of the day. During Skyliner operating hours the buses for those parks run once an hour. There are buses for park opening at both Hollywood Studios and Epcot.
Port Orleans Riverside:
Four bus stops starting at the West Depot and ending at the South Depot. There are times when the French Quarter bus will share with Riverside. French Quarter becomes the first stop and the South Depot at Riverside remains the last stop. The buses go to all four Theme Parks, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. There is also a boat for Disney Springs, which may stop at French Quarter, but most frequently does not. If the boat is running to Disney Springs, the bus probably will not be.

One bus stop. There are times when the French Quarter bus will share with Riverside. French Quarter becomes the first stop and the South Depot at Riverside remains the last stop. The order of stops for Theme Parks and Water Parks is Peninsular Road, South Point, Turtle Pond, Millers Road, Hospitality House. The order of stops for Disney Springs is Hospitality House, Millers Road, Peninsular Road, South Point, Turtle Pond, and back to Hospitality House before going on to Disney Springs. The Disney Springs bus is the internal bus route. There is also a boat for Disney Springs.
Saratoga Springs:
Five bus stops for all four Theme Parks, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. The bus route order for Theme Parks and Water Parks is Grandstand, Carousel, The Paddock, Congress Park, and The Springs. For Disney Springs the order is The Springs, Grandstand, Carousel, The Paddock, Congress Park. You can also walk to Disney Springs or take the boat.
The Boardwalk and Boardwalk Villas:
One bus stop for Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Water Parks and Disney Springs. There is a water taxi to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Both of those parks are also within walking distance, especially Epcot.
*It is possible in off peak times to share a bus with all other Epcot Deluxe Resorts and Villas.
Beach Club and Beach Club Villas:
One bus stop, shares a bus with Yacht Club. Yacht Club is picked up first. The buses go to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. There is a water taxi to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Both of those parks are also within walking distance, especially Epcot.
*It is possible in off peak times to share a bus with all other Epcot Deluxe Resorts and Villas.
Yacht Club:
One bus stop, shares a bus with Beach Club. Yacht Club is picked up first. The buses go to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. There is a water taxi to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Both of those parks are also within walking distance.
*It is possible in off peak times to share a bus with all other Epcot Deluxe Resorts and Villas.
Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House and Villas:
One bus stop for all four Theme Parks, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. Shares a bus with Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani. Kidani is picked up first.
Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani:
One bus stop for all four Theme Parks, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. Shares a bus with Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House. Kidani is picked up first.
Wilderness Lodge:
One bus stop for all four Theme Parks, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. There are boats that also run to Fort Wilderness, The Contemporary, and Magic Kingdom.
*It is possible in off peak times to share a bus with The Contemporary.
Fort Wilderness Campground:
Bus stops throughout the campground take guests to a main depot to transfer to their desired bus. Buses at the main depot run to all four Theme parks, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. There are boats that run to Wilderness Lodge, The Contemporary, and Magic Kingdom.
The Contemporary and Bay Lake Tower:
One bus stop for Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. The monorail is available for the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and the Ticket and Transportation Center, as well as visiting The Grand Floridian, or Polynesian. There are boats that also run to Fort Wilderness, Wilderness Lodge, and Magic Kingdom. The Magic Kingdom is within walking distance.
*It is possible in off peak times to share a bus with Wilderness Lodge.
The Grand Floridian:
One bus stop for Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. The monorail is available for the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and the Ticket and Transportation Center, as well as visiting The Contemporary, or Polynesian. There is a boat the runs to Magic Kingdom.
The Polynesian:
One bus stop for Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Water Parks, and Disney Springs. The monorail is available for the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and the Ticket and Transportation Center, as well as visiting The Contemporary, or The Grand Floridian There is a boat the runs to Magic Kingdom.
