Disney Recipe for Duck

I'm looking for a Disney Recipe for roasted duck for Christmas. I saw a Disney themed Christmas special where they were roasting duck. I think it was from Grand Californian or Napa in Disneyland but I can't find the recipe anywhere. I've scoured Allears and it's not there! Anyone give me any leads?

EDIT: Seriously, WDW has several varieties and recipes for Duck. But, Disneyland has had at least two. 1) Fig Balsamic-Glazed Dusk with Plum Mojo and 2) Sliced Duck Breasts with Shallot-Ginger Glaze. Which is the one of which you speak?

Here's Duck Three Ways at Walt Disney World:

Mexico (Epcot), Epcot, and (later that day) the Duck Two Ways at the Brown Derby (DHS).

It was a recipe from Disneyland I believe. I remember it involved an orange juice brine/soak.

And don't worry, Donald and Daisy are both safe...but Daffy from that OTHER company might be in trouble.
