Probably because I was in every single swap there for a while and since I practically live here, I was around to answer questions. Then I became a mentor, not sure how that happened because my stuff is crappy. And since I run the calendar page I became The Swap Goddess and Keeper of the Calendar. The rest is history.

Tinkerbean asked a question about using flock. Aroyer answered it in such a way as to just make us start using the word flock in a funny way. Tinker started it. It's all her fault. But I think PO3 egged her on. So I'm gonna blame them three for all the flockin' nonsense that has been running flockin' amok around her.
