Has anyone been to DQ? Is it any good?

Up until our last trip, DQ was one of our favorite things to do.

Unfortunately, they seem to have let it go completely downhill. The carpets were filthy and worn out and the place was overrun with kids who seemed to be completely on their own or had parents who could care less how they behaved.

The eating areas were dirty and it was a challenge just to find a table that was clean.

The line cutting was unbelievable and when I complained to a CM about it she brought out a manager. The woman was very apologetic, but the best she could come up with was that their staff had been cut and they just didn't have the manpower to police the lines anymore.

It was a great place, it isn't any more.

We have an AP for DQ and my kids really enjoy it. It could be a bit more control perhaps, but all in all its still a very enjoyable experience. Although summer time its much more crowded.
