Anyone know anything about Disney Quest? If I let my 2 teens (17 and 15) go there for the day while we shop at Disney Springs -- is there a place inside for them to get something to eat or drink? Do they take DDP credits? or do they take Disney Gift cards?
is that FoodQuest the place that is on like the 4th or 5th floor? i just wonder if it really is still open? i don't remember seeing it open last summer and i saw a recent video from Adam The Woo that showed it and it looked like it was out of commission.

Haven't been in last year but Disney still lists it on the website.
What might be confusing is that there were actually 3 food counters.
- 5th Floor had one counter by all the tables, which was last one I remember being open.
- 5th Floor had one around corner from this IN the gaming area overlooking Buzz. This closed for most part after Cheesecake left. (*)
- 4th Floor had one counter by the Wonderland seating that offered lots of desserts, it stayed for awhile, not sure if still open.
I looked at his video. The counter he is showing is the second one on 5th floor (*) Many times there will be curtains pulled around this area. I believe it is used for private events, private dining room (he shows later) is right behind him. If you slow and stop film you can see through hall to a CM working the Food Quest counter that is usually open.
Oh, I thought DisneyQuest was closed already, to make way for the NBA thing! Does anyone know how long it's going to be open for? Maybe we can squeeze in more visit after all.

NBA "fell through" and no announcement has been made regarding it. Some have been told by CMs it will remain open through 2017. They may not know what they are going to do so no reason not to keep it open.
We spent a lot of time there over the years, DS loves it and my DD used to work there. She still hears some things here and there from old friends. The problem with the bigger attractions like Comix (now all closed), Aladdin ... is that the company that made these is out of business so no parts anymore. When they closed the one half of Comix it was to use it for parts for the other half of Comix. Once they were gone they had to close it.
