Does the Downtown Disney in DLR have a Disney Quest?

No. It is only at WDW.

No, but there is an ESPN Zone which has tons of sports themed arcade games. It's really a great place to have fun for a couple hours at DTD.

I had a blast at the ESPN ZOne arcade. I went on my departure day, at around 11 and I had the whole place to myself! It was amazing. I think the Grand Californian has an arcade but i'm not sure. If it does, you might find some Disney games there.

I don't think there's an arcade at GCH. There are some games at White Water Snacks, but otherwise I had no luck finding one. There's one by the pool in DLH though.
