We will be a party of 6, and I understand our package will come 2 free entrances to DQ. If my husband and I would like to take the 2 younger kids, and leave the older ones home, as I doubt they would want to go, could we use the tickets for the adults, and pay for the 2 kids?

That should be fine. We haven't used our vouchers for DQ but we have used our mini golf vouchers and they usually apply them to the more expensive adult admission.
