Disney Quest should be a 'Plus'....

If Disney Quest were one of the Plus features, I would buy the plus park hoppers. Have they ever offered that as a plus? Do you think it might happen in the future?

I ordered 3 park-hopper plus passes for my 20 somethings for Christmas. On close examination I realized they didn't cover DQ. They all want to go there, so I ordered 3 DQ off Ticket Mania.

I just assumed DQ was a plus!

Disney Quest used to be a 'plus' before there were plusses on the park hopper passes. Guests used to be able to use the water parks and Disney Quest for 7 days after 1st use on what are now called Park Hopper Plus Passes.

I agree...it seems natural that it would be a Plus feature.

In the interest of historical accuracy:

DisneyQuest opened on June 19, 1998. The "World Hopper Passport" which was the one where you got the 7 days admission to the minor parks ceased being sold in August of 1997. It did not include DQ as it wasn't opened yet. It was replaced by the All-In-One Passport which allowed unlimited entrance on any day for the specified number of days purchased (5, 6, or 7) to any or all of the 8 parks it covered: MK, EC, MGM, BB, TL and PI. It also used to let you into River Country and Discovery Island before they closed.

Other than a single day admission, DisneyQuest has never been included in anything other than the UPH, the DQ AP, the DQ/Water Parks AP and the PAP.

I agree, as DQ is the same price as the water parks, it should definitely be a plus option!

I would love to see DQ as a plus - that way we'd have the option to spend our time there instead of a water park if the weather was rainy or cold. My kids are saying they are not interested in DQ this trip, but I just know that if we can't do the water parks due to weather, they'll all want to go (to DQ)!:smooth:

Just to let you know..... unlimited admission to DQ for 30 days is one of the many benefits of the 30 day FITS pass being sold by paramount.

The main reason you won't see DQ as a plus option has nothing to do with pricing. It has to do with capacity. All the exisiting plus option destinations (water parks, PI, WWoS) can handle thousands of people being there at any given time.

DQ cannot. The fire limit would come into play a lot since it's an indoor attraction. People would be really upset if they planned on going to DQ using a plus option only to find out that it was full and they couldn't get in.
